Refund & Returns Policy

At Beautix Nepal, customer satisfaction is important to us. As we sell skincare, beauty, and personal care products, certain return and refund conditions apply to ensure product safety, hygiene, and authenticity.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return, replacement, or refund if:

  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received a defective product.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product is missing from your order.
  • The product was damaged during transit.

To be eligible, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used skincare products.
  • Products with broken seals not caused during delivery.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage.
  • Sale, clearance, promotional, or discounted items.
  • Free gifts or promotional products received with an order.
3. Wrong Product Ordered by Customer

If you accidentally ordered the wrong product, we may allow an exchange only if:

  • The product remains unopened, unused, and sealed.
  • The exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging and condition.

Shipping costs for such exchanges will be borne by the customer.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect product:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide:
    • Order number
    • Photos/videos of the product
    • Photos of the package (if applicable)
  3. Our team will review the claim and respond within 2 business days.

Once approved, we will offer either:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A full refund, depending on product availability and circumstances.
5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via:

  • Bank Transfer
  • eSewa
  • Khalti
  • Other approved digital payment methods

Refund processing may take 3–7 business days after approval.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are packed or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return policy outlined above.

7. Exchange Policy

We may provide exchanges in the following situations:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged item received
  • Defective product received
  • Customer ordered the wrong item and the product remains sealed and unused

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

8. Return Shipping

If the return is due to an error by Beautix Nepal (wrong, defective, or damaged product), return shipping costs will be covered by us.

If the return is requested for any other approved reason, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

9. Return Condition Requirements

Returned products must:

  • Be unused and unopened.
  • Include original packaging, labels, and accessories.
  • Be in the same condition as received.
  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Beautix Nepal reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet these requirements.

10. Failed Deliveries & Refused Orders

If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason or provides incorrect shipping information resulting in failed delivery, Beautix Nepal reserves the right to:

  • Deduct shipping charges from any applicable refund.
  • Restrict future Cash on Delivery services for repeated incidents.
